  • Products that are damaged or defective upon arrival can be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • Products purchased with special offers or discounts may have specific return conditions. Please check the terms associated with your order.

2. How to Return a Product:

  • We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the product.
  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, and attach the RMA number to the package.
  • Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions.

3. Return Shipping Costs:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns to ensure the package is returned safely.

Refunds Policy

Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
