1. JOB DESCRIPTION (Responsibilities)

 

1.  To conduct program and product briefing for potential and existing clients in the absences of the sales consultant

2.  To provide training to all new and existing sales consultant on the program and product briefing.

3.  To maintain and ensure all clients information is kept confidential and updated

4.  To maintain and consistently update the in-house forum for clients only

5.  To liaise with all lecturers on the training and support matters with regards to all in-house Nutrient education courses.

6.  To co-ordinate with Principal on questions and issues related to the program by the clients

7.  To co-ordinate and blood test and results between all clients and blood test laboratory

 

2. JOB REQUIREMENT (Qualification)

 

1.  Bachelor Degree in relevant field

2.  Computer literate, minimum Excel and Word

3.  At least 1-2 year experiences

 

3. Key Performance Indicator (KPI)

 

To ensure weekly reminder to all clients are sent out there email or SMS by Friday of each week

1.  To maintain all clients records accordingly in a secure manner

2.  To ensure weekly reminder to all clients are sent out there email or SMS by Friday of each week

3.  To comply and submit monthly clients summary data to management and respective sales consultant for review and necessary

     action no later than 7th day of each month

4.  To liaise with our principal for a “response” to any question or enquiry on the program and related matter no later than 3 working

     day.
